Every Vroom Blooms product is handmade in small batches, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or something isn't quite right, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at hello@vroomblooms.com. Send us your order number and a few photos, and we'll make it right.
