Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
During peak seasons - including major sales and the holiday period (November–December) - processing times may extend to 5-7 business days.
We are a family-owned small business, and our team observes major holidays so we can spend time with our families. While this may slightly affect processing times during these periods, we work hard to prepare and ship each order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Mount Airy, NC location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11am - 6pm on Thursday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping thru our website; please refer to our Etsy shop for placing international orders.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@vroomblooms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
